Returns, without the runaround.

Liquidation stock means one-of-each inventory — so the policy is short, and it's the same policy for everyone.

The policy

30 days from pickup or delivery.
Uninstalled, in the original box. Once a part's been on the vehicle it can't be resold, so an installed part is never refundable. If an installed part fails inside its warranty window, that's a warranty replacement — a different, better door.
"Doesn't fit" counts. Wrong part for your vehicle, changed your mind, ordered twice — all returnable uninstalled.
Refunds go to store credit first — spendable on anything on the shelf, no expiry. Want it back on your card instead? Say so on the form; card refunds go to the original payment.
Return shipping: yours, unless we got it wrong (wrong item pulled, fitment listed wrong, or damaged in the box) — then we cover it and the refund includes your original shipping.
Local? Skip all of it — bring the part to the counter at 517 E 3rd Street.
